GTG provides the following service programs options for our IT advisory service clients: 1) basic advantage, 2) select advantage, 3) preferred advantage. Each program defines your relationship with the company and IT advisors and distinct benefits with discounts or preferred fees and are described in greater detail below.

Basic Advantage

  • Remote general technology advice and planning (24 hours per year)
  • Participation on approved schedule conference calls (3 calls per year, 1.5 hours per call )
  • Respond to approved help desk/ad-hoc technology related request (12 request per year, 4 hours per request)
  • 5% discount on additional services
Select Advantage

  • Remote general technology advice and planning (48 hours per year)
  • Participation on pre-scheduled conference calls (6 calls per year, 1.5 hours per call)
  • Respond to pre-authorized help desk/ad-hoc technology related request (24 request per year, 4 hours per request)
  • 10% discount on additional services
Preferred Advantage

  • Remote general technology advice and planning (72 hours per year)
  • Participation on pre-scheduled conference calls (10 calls per month, 1.5 hours per call)
  • Respond to pre-authorized help desk/ad-hoc technology related request (36 request per year, 4 hours per request)
  • 15% discount on additional services
